REFURBISHMENT NEWS

During 2007 the motel introduced Hi-Speed wireless internet to motel guests, a new restaurant menu and an extension to the Convention Centre with a deck & gazebo overlooking the pool.  Throughout 2008 Coopers Colonial Motel will under go a major refurbishment to all 42 motel rooms.

2008 marks the start major refurbishment to Coopers Colonial Motel.  Some changes taking place include new furniture throughout all motel rooms including new High Definition 26" (66cm)  LCD Televisions with Free Foxtel, new bedheads, bedside tables, tub chairs, large spacious desks, TV cabinets, luggage racks and new artwork throughout the motel. Coopers Colonial Motel will also upgrade the Convention Centre with a new built in multi-media system with a built in Data Projector, DVD Player, Video Player as well as easy connectivity to computers and other devices to make your conference an outstanding success.

Also as part of our commitment to the environment Coopers Colonial Motel has installed Water Efficient Devices throughout the motel rooms included new Shower heads, flow regulator on all taps in addition to our existing dual flush toilets. We have also replanted the existing gardens with drought tolerant plants. The motel also uses all Energy Efficient light bulbs throughout all motel room as well as all external lighting.
